Chris & Vy’s love story serves as a reminder that sometimes, the most meaningful connections can be found in unexpected places and that love has the power to transcend the boundaries of technology. What started as a conversation online soon led to an instant connection as soon as they met. This initial spark led to them falling in love and eventually planning a stunning destination wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun. This luxurious all-inclusive beachfront resort located in Puerto Morelos, a charming coastal town in the beautiful Riviera Maya region of Mexico was the perfect location to bring family and friends together to bond over many events leading up to their wedding day.

Its striking red rock formations, towering sandstone buttes and cliffs create a dramatic and otherworldly landscape that has captivated artists, photographers, and hikers for generations and creates the absolutely perfect backdrop for Chris to get down on one knee and ask Vy to be his beloved wife
"We both enjoy staying active and always wanted to go on a beautiful hiking trip. We decided on going to Sedona, Arizona to celebrate our 6th year anniversary and the views were incredible! We ended our trip with a nice dinner with the mountain views and that's when he popped the question. I was in tears of joy!”

“Growing up, my parents have always worked so hard to raise my siblings and I. They are immigrants from Vietnam and had to learn everything from scratch in a new country. Till this day, my parents are still working and have never taken the time off to relax and enjoy life. I'm not quite sure if my parents know how to relax. They also find the need to do something. I wanted my wedding to be a destination wedding for that reason. To give them the opportunity to take some time away from work and spend time with their loved ones and be proud of what they accomplished in life”

This was the perfect event for Chris & Vy to gather their friends and family together before the wedding and start of the celebrations in a fun way whilst incorporating some of the Mexican hospitality.
